Northern Area Clearance (IVC and IBA) Works for the North London Heat and Power Project - AWARD

The Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to clear certain facilities at the Edmonton EcoPark.

This procurement is a call off from CCS framework RM6088 (Construction Works and Associated Services), Lot 10 (Demolition). The procurement is being conducted in accordance with the procedure set out in the CCS Construction Works and Associated Services Framework Alliance Contract (the "Framework") and in accordance with the PCR 2015. Tenderers are deemed to fully understand the processes that the Authority is required to comply with under relevant European and UK legislation. The laws of England and Wales shall apply for the purposes of all proceedings relating to the Process and any contract awarded as part of the Process.
