## Description

This contract is for the relocation of ESCC's storage facility from Ropemaker Park to Unit D, 41 Brampton Road and Former Polegate Library\. Ropemaker Park, Hailsham, is a property which houses Library and Modern record storage facilities\. The current lease expires on 11 September 2022, and the services will need less space than previously leased at Ropemaker Park\.
