Evaluation of pay and works rights helpline calls handled by the Acas Helpline

The overall objective of this research is to evaluate the integration of the Pay and Works Rights Helpline (PWRH) with the Acas Helpline and whether the service offering is meeting the needs PWR topic calls. To do this, we would like to evaluate the caller experience, call outcomes and to collect profiling details about those accessing the Acas Helpline with a PWR topic enquiry.
