Guardian Services for Graham Park Estate 2016-20

Barnet Homes and CfGP are looking to appoint a service provider to manage the void properties. As and when they become vacant and are handed over to the service provider the service provider will be required to secure the properties. The preference is that they are secured by placing guardians, however if this is not possible the service provider will need to install physical security measures.

This contract constitutes a concession arrangement: the successful service provider will pay a monthly amount to each of Barnet Homes and CfGP for the opportunity to place guardians in the void properties (regardless of whether there are any guardians in place), and where there are no guardians void properties must be appropriately secured in accordance with the terms of the contract. The successful provider will be taking on the full operative risks associated with this contract.
