## Description

BEIS has appointed legal advisers to support a programme to develop carbon, capture, usage and storage capability \("CCUS"\) in the UK\. This will include: - Support overarching design of CCUS business models and the work programme to enable deployment during the 2020s and beyond\. - Advisory and drafting support to work up legal structures to establish the CCUS business models\. - Advisory support on legal issues associated with any commercial engagement with CCUS projects\.
