## Description

ESPO Framework 664\_21 Consultancy Services Lot 5 Tenders are invited for the provision of a contract for consultancy to design and cost a series of transport and public realm interventions for Stourbridge Town Centre and prepare a Business Justification Case \(BJC\) and associated documents as required by the West Midlands Combined Authority \(WMCA\) Single Assurance Framework \(SAF\) process\. The Council is seeking to appoint a single consultancy to meet the requirements set out in these documents\. The tender will be carried via a mini competition via the ESPO 664\_21 Lot 5 Framework, contractors on Lot 5 of the Framework who gave an expression of interest will therefore be invited to submit a tender\. Deadline for submissions is Thursday 8th August 2024 at 12 Noon
