Clarification of package 2

Tenderers must submit returns based on the specification of signage specified within the tender documents. However and only in addition to, those who wish to also supply costs and details of an alternative and equivalent specification may do so.

This must be clearly identified within your quotation as an \"Alternative to specified\". Tenders will be evaluated as per original specification in the first instance. The Trust may choose an alternative only if it meets specification and quality.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
