## Description

City of Wolverhampton Council seeks an organisation to deliver an outline business case for A4123\. This Outline Business Case \(OBC\) is the next stage for the development of the Black Country Transport Walk/Cycle \(Active Travel\) and Bus Priority Improvement measures project along the A4123 from Wolverhampton ring road to the A456, Hagley Road through Sandwell and Dudley\.
