"NDI manages the Traffic Data Repository C2 on behalf of the department who utilise the data\. Drakewell C2 is the only system of its type allowing feeds from other service providers and the reason we have not historically tendered for a new system\. Through market research and supplier meetings we are not aware of any new suppliers to the market\.
