Description
HMPPS, as part of the MoJ, is delivering the Our Future Probation Service (OFPS) Programme. The Programme is central to the MoJ Justice Delivery Plan and is responsible for rebalancing demand and capacity across probation. OFPS will deliver the Government's response to the Independent Sentencing Review (ISR), ensuring probation services are placed on a sustainable footing while continuing to protect the public and reduce reoffending. The Delivery Partner (DP) is required to provide targeted delivery support to OFPS Programme. This support will be focused on enabling and accelerating delivery - through project and programme management, service design facilitation, planning, coordination, analysis, change management, communications and assurance - rather than setting strategy.
