## Description

The Volunteering Team in DCMS's Civil Society and Youth Directorate seeks to develop a better understanding of the drivers in demand for volunteers across England, to inform both ongoing responses to the COVID-19 pandemic and its future strategy work\. In particular, it seeks to build a firm evidence base on the key drivers in demand for volunteer support, how these typically vary across the year, and how COVID-19 has affected these seasonal drivers\.
