## Description

Over the previous 4 years a platform to enable the use of Low Code Development across the council has been in use at HCC\.  The platform removes the need to recruit developers and reduces the number of bespoke and single point solutions\.​   The platform has enabled faster digital transformation through rapid iterative working practices\.​ The IT backlog has been reduced by empowering IT and business developers to deliver business improvements\.​  This contract enables the use of the Low Code platform for a further 7 years\. Additional information: This requirement was called off from the Crown Commercial Services Technology Products and Associated Services 2 Framework Lot 3 Software Framework
