Eastleigh Borough Council wish to invite organisations from the EBC Civil Engineering Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to submit a tender for the civil engineering groundworks for Lower Acre Parcels 1 - 3 which is the first residential parcel of its One Horton Heath project in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
