William Morris and Benedict Road Caretaker House HMO Conversions

Works relate to the adaption works to 2.nr caretaker houses in order to provide new HMO's for young people. The works at William Morris Primary School and 7 Benedict Road include refurbishment and replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, creation of new WC, external repairs inc replacement of front entrance doors, MEP adaptions ensuring sufficient smoke detection and emergency lighting, replacement of doors where required with fire doors and redecoration throughout.
