## Description

Breckland Council \(BC\) is considering a proposal from a potential partner \(Company A\) with a commercial proposition to enter into a framework agreement whereby Company A identify, acquire and refurbish c300 residential properties over a maximum 3-year period, which are then let to the Council on a long, inflation-linked lease \(3 x 20 year lease periods, 60 years in total\) with initial rent at a discount to Local Housing Allowance rates\. The council will then manage the properties, being responsible for ongoing lettings and repairs and receiving all rents\. BC is seeking a legal adviser to act for the council in the above scenario
