Cambridgeshire County Council \(CCC\) are inviting potential providers to respond to proposals for a new way of providing Homecare services \(known as a Placed-Based model\) that could have a significant impact on the way Homecare services in Cambridgeshire are delivered\. Please register your interest to access the Provider Engagement document\. Section 7 \(Our Requirements\) sets out our thoughts on how a new Placed-Based Model could work and Section 8 are the questions that we would kindly ask you to complete as part of your feedback\. In addition to this, we will also be providing on-line meetings in early June\.
