## Description

This project is part of a larger European Social Fund \(ESF\)/Skills Funded Agency \(SFA\) co-funded Information, Advice and Guidance \(IAG\) project\. The project has three elements to it and Element 1 is for the delivery of an end-to-end service that engages with 78 19-24 year olds who are unemployed\. The end-to-end service includes the completion of a Learner Assessment and Plan for each young person, progression into education or Apprenticeship or Traineeship and subsequent 3 month sustainability of those destinations\. Delivery should provide full support throughout the process, including the provision of appropriate and relevant non-regulated learning\.
