Description

Housing have a statutory duty to ensure all buildings they manage/occupy are cleaned to an acceptable standard and maintained. \r Churchill have been awarded to provide a daily cleaning service to council properties and communal areas in the Housing estate. In addition to daily clean they carry out periodic deep cleans, window cleaning and emergency cleans (24/7) for the Housing Estate.\r \r The Housing Estate consists of cleaning in:\r • all the communal corridors, stairwells, entrances and bin stores (see more detail in tender document)\r • 450 Low rise building \r • 10 High rise buildings\r • 22 Sheltered accommodation buildings\r • Various temporary accommodation sites
