## Description

Tenant Engagement Consultant Ltd has been engaged to develop a fully informed Customer Influence Strategy that sets out our vision and aims for enabling customer voices and lived experience to be reflected in how services are delivered, evaluated and reported\. Also to develop a delivery plan that will ensure compliance against regulatory and statutory requirements relating to all aspects of relevant Customer Influence standards and regulations\. This should provide a platform for VIVID to build on to become an exemplar
