## Description

Waveney District Council is looking to appoint consultants to prepare a Design Guide for the North Lowestoft Heritage Action Zone to guide new development in the area\. It is expected that the Design Guide will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
