NOTE: This notice was updated on 09 October 2024 for the following reason: The Council have made the decision to extend the Deadline for Submissions to 12:00 noon on 23rd October 2024\(The Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk has a centralised maintenance contract for the service and repair of air conditioning equipment throughout its facilities and intends to let a new contract for this service\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
