## Description

Rotherham Council require a contractor that will survey and treat condensation and mould problems in Council-owned domestic properties \(bungalows, three storey flats, semi-detached dwellings, communal areas/buildings etc\.\) throughout the Rotherham Borough\. This will both comprise of surveys \(core\) and remedial works\.
