Provision of the English Housing Survey & Associated Research

The Supplier will deliver the 2022-23 to 2025-26 English Housing Surveys. The Contract will initially cover three survey years (2022-23 to 2024-25), with the option to extend the Contract to cover an additional survey year (2025-26) in accordance with the provisions of set out in the Call-Off Contract.

In addition to the core English Housing Survey, the Supplier will also be required, over the course of the Contract, to deliver:

two English Private Landlord Surveys;

one Market Value Survey;

a methodology to produce local level modelled statistics on housing quality and dwelling condition, produce the first release of those statistics and train analysts in DLUHC to produce the statistics going forward; and

Social Value and sustainability elements.
