This call-off contract has been sourced via a further competition under the CCS framework Estate Management Services \(RM6168\)\. The contract has been set as 3\+1\+1, the cost for the initial period of 3 years is at £9000 excluding VAT, cost for all optional extension is capped at £6000 excluding VAT, which means the maximum possible value for the contract will not exceed £15,000 excluding VAT\.
