## Description

The Works comprise the submission of a Stage 1 lump sum tender for developing and completing the project design in full \(to construction status\), along with undertaking all other associated pre-construction services \(i\.e\. liaising withal relevant authorities\) to ensure that all of the necessary approvals are in place to proceed with all proposed site works\.
