Tender for the Internal Alterations to Uplands Manor Primary School Smethwick West Midlands

An area of the existing primary school will be altered and adapted to provide 3 classrooms with supporting areas for up to 24 pupils with associated services alterations and external works

The work involves:

o removal and stripping out of existing fittings o new internal partitions and doors o new sanitaryware o boxings to existing pipework o new wall, floor and ceiling finishings o minor external works

Contractor Designed Work:

o amendments to the existing mechanical, electrical & fire alarm installations
