## Description

Forestry England has a future opportunity for the operation of the Kielder Castle Café concession leader\. We anticipate the lease will be for a period of up to 10 years\. A full copy of the draft lease will be available in the tender documents to be published August/September 2023\. The estimated total turnover value of the lease opportunity over the term will be in the region of £2\.6M\. The lease will start following completion of renovation works to the Kielder Castle building, including expansion of the café area\.
