Work description
Planning application independent review, local plan evidence and advice regarding financial appraisals. This continues the work of the Viability and Deliverability Commission contract (DN357969).\r \r The commission comprises of further work to independently review financial viability evidence relating to the Otterpool Park planning application; and updates to the viability & deliverability evidence to support the Local Plan and attendance (if required) at examination in public).
