RMBC -SH- Neutral Vendor Service Provision for Temp Staffing - AWARD

The Authority are seeking to appoint a supplier using the ESPO MSTAR3 framework for provision of a Neutral Vendor Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resources. Based on the submission of required documentation and acceptable method statements, the Authority will determine the appointment of the preferred supplier using the direct award process.
