## Description

Housing Ombudsman \(HOS\) provides on line e-learning to landlords and their tenants regarding management of complaints\. The new service is looking to redesign how that service is offered and some modules are revamped whilst others are introduced\. This is offered by HOS free of charge service to our clients\.
