## Description

Legal advice on highly complex financial and commercial issues raised by SEM contingency planning for a No Deal scenario\. We are specifically seeking advice from a large legal firm capable of advising at pace on complex multi-disciplinary issues Additional information: This was awarded as a call off from the Finance and Highly Complex Transaction Legal Services \(RM 3787\)\. This contract is a T&M contract therefore the contract value is not of defined value but is within a range of £0-£750,000\. The amount of work to be conducted by the supplier is dependent on the requirement of the Department over the course of the contract term\. There is no guarantee that the value of this contract will reach the maximum £750,000\.
