Estate Agency and Valuation Services

The Contract shall be for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months each making a total of 5 years

In general, the services required include (but are not limited to) the following:

Lot 1 - Commercial Property Ad hoc appraisals to establish the market value of commercial property; Ad hoc appraisals to establish insurance values of commercial property; Ad hoc provision of marketing and sales services of commercial property;

Lot 2 - Residential Property Ad hoc appraisals to establish the market value of residential property; Ad hoc provision of marketing and sales services of commercial property.
