Investigation of Real Fires

This is an existing contract to provide an on-going watching brief of developments in fire incidents and detailed investigation, including site visits, investigative research and small scale experimental fire testing and to provide technical advice on how to resolve valid requests for a determination under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

The contract is amended to carry out an agreed set of large scale tests on samples of any cladding made by Aluminium Composite Material. This follows a series of standard testing carried out for Local Authorities and the wider-Public Sector.
