## Description

Cumbria County Council and Carlisle City Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to design, procure and project manage the demolition of The Pools, James Street, Carlisle, CA2 5AH alongside works to the adjacent James Street Baths \(Victorian/Turkish Baths\) which is to be retained\.
