WP3743 - Independent Domestic Violence Advocacy - AWARD

The Council wishes to procure a provider to provide an independent domestic violence service to young children and families. Children can be affected by domestic violence and abuse in a variety of ways and even adults in their own family may not fully understand the emotional, psychological and physical impacts and the child's on going needs.
