## Description

Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for CSCS Card provision for prisoners at HMP Winchester\. The supplier shall deliver a CSCS Card \(Green - Labourer/Site Operative\) course to meet the specific needs of the prisoners at HMP Winchester\. The course shall incorporate a wide range of styles of differentiated learning methods\. The course shall be designed to help prisoners meet the required standards to obtain a CSCS Card \(Green Labourer/Site Operative\), when they are assigned the construction pathway\. It should also be designed to encourage and promote personal development and devise practical, creative and innovative methods for personal growth and behavioural change and enable employment in the construction sector on release\.
