PR 31 2021 KN - ECC Digital Business Support

We are seeking a contractor to deliver a programme of workshops. These will cover a number of key topics that will support business to make changes to their processes and operations, ultimately to support that will make a step change for their business. This could include, but is not limited to; • E-commerce • Online productivity • Digital marketing • Cybersecurity • Selecting the right 'kit' for business purposes • Managing payments and accounts

This will also be complemented with 121 support - of up to 2 hours, to support businesses with any specific requirements they have in relation to digital capability or the skills of their workforce.
