UWL TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF ST MARYS ROAD (SMR) REFURBISHMENT WORKS

Description

The University of West London wishes to reconfigure and enhance the generalist and specialist teaching estate within the main building at the St Mary's Road (SMR) Campus. The works include reconfiguring of office and teaching accommodation within mixed use floors, to create teaching classrooms and specialist spaces for fashion and design. The works are to take place whilst the building is fully operational with both staff, students and external hire guests making use of the building throughout the programme as well as other small works contractors undertaking business-as-usual maintenance and works. It is therefore imperative that the works are completed in a sympathetic manner. Please not mandatory site visits as part of the tender process will be held only on Tuesday 12th July only.
