Fire Safety Maintenance Works Framework

Abri are seeking a framework of efficient, competent, experienced and third party accredited contractors to support our in-house teams for the provision of fire safety maintenance works to create and maintain safe homes for our customers.

The works required under this framework may include, but will not be limited to, the following and associated works/services: o Compartmentation/Passive Fire Stopping o Installation of certified FD30s Fire Doors both glazed and non-glazed o Maintenance of Fire Doors o Cladding replacement o Balcony decking replacement
