18-030 Repair, Maintenance and Investment Contract relating to RMBC Housing Stock

The Authority is looking to procure 2 Service Providers to partner with to deliver repairs, maintenance, compliance and investment works to properties, broken down into two LOTS (1: North and 2: South) plus communal areas, community centres, boiler houses and garages.The current housing stock of circa 20,500 dwellings is a mixture of low and medium rise accommodation, with a small amount of high rise stock. These include both traditional and non-traditional forms of construction. Around 450 of these properties are leased.
