Executive Search - Director of Railway Planning and Performance

The appointment of a suitably experienced and capable search agent with the capacity to undertake the required search within the agreed timetable and to the appropriate quality.

The appointment is that of the Director of Railway Planning and Performance. As this is a senior executive post (SCS pay band 2) the recruitment process will therefore be chaired by a Civil Service Commissioner and must fully comply with the Civil Service Commission’s recruitment principles.

The executive search agents will need to recognise the importance of avoiding conflicts of interest between potential candidates’ existing interests and the responsibilities involved in this role.
