Data Protection Officer Services as set out in Article 29 of the Data Protection Working Party 243 rev 0\.1 Guidelines on Data Protection Officers \(DPO's\) last revised and adopted 05-04-2017, \(available on the Information Commissioner's website\), to the Phoenix Community HA Group\. The Group currently consists of: Phoenix Community Housing Association which is a registered provider of social housing Phoenix Agency Services a limited company, unregistered\. The contract is for 1 year with the opportunity to extend after 9 months for a further 2 years\.
