Access to Primary Care - Community Research for Hertfordshre and West Essex

This notice is to confirm the award of a contract to deliver a piece of community research into digital access to primary care across the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System.

Hertfordshire and West Essex ICS are committed to improving digital opportunities to its community to ensure patients are digitally included and not disadvantaged.

A workstream has been established within the digital programme which focusses on digital inclusion for those most at need, to avoid widening health inequalities. This commissioned piece of work aims to understand patients remote access into primary care throughout the HWE ICS.
