C0008 Dormant Accounts Fund Northern Ireland Evaluation

Description

The National Lottery Community Fund (the Fund) is seeking a suitable supplier to provide evaluation and research services on the Dormant Accounts Fund Northern Ireland, and communication and engagement services to clearly convey findings and existing wider evidence to different audiences. This procurement will provide evidence and enable us to understand the extent to which the programme and funded activities are contributing to improving the resilience of voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSE) in Northern Ireland. It will also share findings and effective practice in this area with the wide sector.
