CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR HOMELESSNESS AND TENANCY ALLOCATIONS REVIEW

As part of its Housing Review Gateshead Council has appointed a consultant to assist us to deliver the following: -

• A review of homelessness advice, support and accommodation provision for both internal and commissioned provision. • Customer Journey, Pathways and Processes - The 'As Is' Position • Review application forms and assessments. • Systems Review, Including Potential Alternative Systems Options • Holistic Homelessness Advice, Homelessness and Allocations Service Redesign • Partnership agreements • Locality Review
