## Description

The objective of this study is to support ORR's PR23 review by developing a model which will help us to examine which teams across Network Rail are contributing to the total expenditure on Technology and Resilience & Adaptation\. We propose that the model will be structured based on Organisational Charts then populated with financial information, based on ORR's monitoring data and Network Rail's formal financial reporting\.
