Lot 1 Benderloch Gardens - Two, 3 bedroom Semi Detached Houses in Benderloch Gardens. Lot 2 Linden Way - Three, 1 bedroom terraced houses in Linden Way. Lot 3 Combined - combined contract for the construction of all properties under lots 1 and 2.)
