THIS NOTICE IS ON BEHALF OF CHICHESTER DISTRICT COUNCIL\. This contract has been awarded to a single supplier by way of a Direct Award under the KCS Procurement Services Framework Agreement Y23065 - Software Products and Associated Services\. The contract is for the continued provision of the Verint Engagement Management Professional Local Government Platform, a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management \(CRM\) solution, including software licences, support, maintenance and associated services\.
