## Description

Contract Award for the following services: Proposals are sought from experienced, credible and reputable provider\(s\) in the field of Talent Management and senior leader development to design and deliver; the assessment and development process and 12-month aspirant director development component of the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and West Essex Accelerated Director Development Scheme \(ADDS\)\. Proposals are requested for a delivery partner\(s\) to design and delivery ADDS Cohorts 4 and Cohort 5 for up to 16 participants per cohort\. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in March 2019 working with the ADDS Project Team to: 1\. Design and deliver the ADDS assessment and development centre for Cohort 4 April/May 2019 and Cohort 5 in 2020\. 2\. Design and deliver the 12-month aspirant director development component of the scheme for up to 16 participants launching Cohort 4 in July 2019 running through to May 2020; with Cohort 5, for up to 16 participants, commencing in 2020\.
