Description

Contract Award for the following services: Proposals are sought from experienced, credible and reputable provider(s) in the field of Talent Management and senior leader development to design and deliver; the assessment and development process and 12-month aspirant director development component of the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and West Essex Accelerated Director Development Scheme (ADDS). Proposals are requested for a delivery partner(s) to design and delivery ADDS Cohorts 4 and Cohort 5 for up to 16 participants per cohort. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in March 2019 working with the ADDS Project Team to: 1. Design and deliver the ADDS assessment and development centre for Cohort 4 April/May 2019 and Cohort 5 in 2020. 2. Design and deliver the 12-month aspirant director development component of the scheme for up to 16 participants launching Cohort 4 in July 2019 running through to May 2020; with Cohort 5, for up to 16 participants, commencing in 2020.
